  • Description
Long flat box, only two pages of rules. Drive cars around a city (roll a die to move) and purchase building lots of various values (green - highest, yellow - middle, red - lowest) and types (plaza, industrial, apartment, municipal, business). Hard board map depicts building lots, and various movement effect spaces (stopping arrows in different directions and configurations) - you collect money and can change direction of movement). When you purchase the lot you take the card for that lot.You subsequently build on those lots based on certain restrictions (eg. 3 undeveloped residential lots can be built over if you buy a plaza lot). Subsequent activities include auctioning, mortgaging, trespass fines.Pretty basic looking as a game. Out of print.Contains 48 plastic buildings. - BoardGameGeek
