Quips & Quotes is a Balderdash-style party game. One player reads a quote. If nobody knows the speaker right off the bat, then everybody writes down the name of someone who might have said it. The reader then reads off all the names that were submitted (with the correct answer mixed in) and players vote for which name they think is correct.
