Kyutaro turns all of his allies into sacrifices in order to save Ataru from the Suzaku snake, and he consequently feeds on Fumi to revive. Although Kyutaro was determined to never feed on any of his sacrifices, it's beginning to look like everyone's survival will depend on him doing so For teen audiences.
